Open enrollment is the time of year when you can make changes to your elections or enroll in benefits that you previously waived. All full time active team members are required to participate in open enrollment and make new medical benefit elections. If you do not make any changes, your current medical coverage will not continue for the plan year 2025. With the EXCEPTION of your FSA and Medical Election, all other coverages will continue. You must re-enroll each year in a FSA - elections do NOT carry over from year to year. If you do not make any new election, your FSA will be waived as of January 1st.
Goodwill's open enrollment will be held in November 2024. All benefit elections or changes you make will take effect on January 1st, 2025. All benefits can be purchased individually.
