Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Goodwill provides all active, full-time, benefit eligible team members with Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. The benefit amount is dependent upon your position at Goodwill. This benefit is paid for 100% by Goodwill!
If you would like to purchase additional Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage - known as voluntary Life coverage - you can choose this benefit for yourself and your dependents. The cost of this voluntary benefit is based on your age, who you purchase the coverage for and the amount of insurance you purchase. Should you waive this voluntary benefit when you are first eligible for benefits, and then enroll at the next open enrollment period, you will need to answer medical questions before being approved.
