Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Goodwill offers two Flexible Spending Account (FSA) opportunities to our benefit-eligible team members. These accounts let you set aside money tax-free to pay for medical, dental or vision expenses that are not paid for by your health plan and day care expenses for your dependents while at work. You must re-enroll each year in a FSA - elections do NOT carry over from year to year.

Healthcare FSA - You can use this account to pay for many expenses that are not reimbursed by other benefit plans, such as medical expenses (i.e. deductible, coinsurance), dental and vision expenses.

Dependent Care FSA - You can use this account to pay for dependent care expenses incurred while you are at work.

• Dependent Care FSA Annual Contribution Limit: $5,000
